This week's challenge is an obstacle course challenge! You can make it in your home or outside.
MAKE SURE YOU GET PERMISSION FROM THE ADULTS AT YOUR HOME!!!
Here is the twist, I want you to add 1 stop where you have to do an upper body exercise and 1 stop where you have to do a leg exercise.
Examples include arm curls, arm circles, push ups, squats, lunges, running in place, and jumping.
You can include you whole family too!
